Local Number Porting

7 days after your Silo Phone account has been activated you can choose to port your previous phone number for use with our service.  Along with the below form, a copy of your most recent phone bill from the old provider must be included.  This bill must show the identical name and address that was used when signing up for Silo Phone, as well as the phone number you are requesting to be ported.  Do not cancel service with your old provider until we have confirmed the port was successful.  If you cancel prior you will lose your old phone number and we will be unable to obtain it for use with our service.
