Each phone comes with a 1 year warranty per handset. If you are within this window from the date of installation, please contact your Business Account Representative and we will replace the phone for your as soon as possible.

If you are using a POE to power your phone, confirm that the port that your phone is plug into still has power, or try a different port. If you are using the power supply provided with the phone, try a different outlet or try using another power code.

Yes you can! You have a few options to choose from. You can receive faxes through the traditional fax machine by using a specially configured ATA or you can receive your faxes directly to your email. Ask your Business Sales Representative today.

If you have access to an Internet connection, yes! Plug your Phone into the Internet  and is available for use! Remember, your 911 emergency response address must be updated each time you move the location of your phone service.


You get all the features of a modern phone system such as: call display, voicemail, ring groups, IVR, call queues, unlimited North America calling, Voicemail to email, call parking, call transfer and more.

Every Alarm system is different and you would need to validate with your alarm company that it will work with VoIP. If it will we can connect it via an ATA.

You get as many lines as you need, the service is structured on a per extension bases we take care of the rest.
